Getting Started

As soon as you sign up, you’ll hear from us. Your relationship with MedPro starts with a call to get to know you.

We’ll confirm your office hours and discuss your first pickup date. After we get to know the needs of your practice, we’ll send you a compliance survey to help identify areas where you might need our help bringing your site up to OSHA standards.

All of this happens at no additional cost to you.

The Disposal Process

Our disposal process is tailored to best fit your needs.

We provide regulated medical waste (RMW) containers lined with biohazard bags for the safest collection of your waste. On a schedule that works best for you, we’ll pick up your containers, and then provide you with manifesting and proof of destruction.

Our list of disposal offerings is always growing too. Our latest is unwanted medications disposal – a service that can be a welcome new offering to your patients.

Your protection is a top priority for us, which is why two of the most appreciated benefits we provide are insurance protection and OSHA guidance.

Joining MedPro gets you a $10M insurance umbrella, along with our pollution control coverage – coverage that protects you in the event of an accident while we’re transporting your medical waste.

We’ve built our pricing to fit your planning needs. Most of our customers sign on for a 36-month term. Your pricing is set for a full year, and after that, you won’t see an increase of more than a 6% per year. And, our rates include everything! That means no hidden fees for fuel, energy or environmental charges. The price you sign for is the price you pay.
