Low Cost Guarantee
Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the MedPro Disposal Low Cost Guarantee program. By submitting your information, you agree to be bound by these terms.  

1. THE GUARANTEE 
MedPro Disposal (“MedPro”) guarantees to beat your current medical waste disposal provider’s total price on substantially similar services, as defined by MedPro’s service eligibility requirements. This is a binding commitment subject to all conditions set forth herein. If MedPro cannot or will not beat the price, the applicant receives the consolation described in Section 9. 

2. ELIGIBILITY 

  • Available to new customers only. A new customer is any practice or facility with no active locations currently under a MedPro Disposal service agreement. 
  • Former customers with no active MedPro locations are eligible provided they complete the same process and meet the same service eligibility requirements as any new prospect. 
  • Current MedPro customers with active locations are not eligible. 
  • One guarantee per organization, regardless of number of locations or contacts. 
  • Not all potential customers will meet MedPro’s service eligibility requirements. 

3. SERVICE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS 
For the purposes of this guarantee, substantially similar services means the competing vendor provides the same service and carries the same level of insurance as MedPro, and takes title to the waste. The comparison must account for all fees charged by the current provider including base rate, fuel surcharges, auto-pay fees, account maintenance fees, and any other relative charges. Any fees charged by MedPro are factored into the savings calculation. 

4. TWO-CONTACT VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT 
To invoke the guarantee, two verified contacts must be provided, each with a unique full name and email address. Both contacts must be representatives of the same organization. Both contacts are mandatory. The guarantee will not be processed without both. If the guarantee is met, proposals are sent to both contacts. 

5. PROOF OF TOTAL PRICING 
The applicant must upload their current provider’s invoice or contract showing the current provider’s total price including all fees. A verbal quote or self-reported number will not be accepted. No determination is made and a consolation will not be issued without verified documentation on file. 

6. HOW TO INVOKE THE GUARANTEE 
To invoke this guarantee, the applicant must complete the MedPro Clear Cost Calculator in full. This is the only accepted method. Verbal requests, email submissions, or quotes submitted through any other channel do not qualify. 

7. AUTOMATED DETERMINATION 
Our Clear Cost Calculator runs the comparison automatically and applies a decision workflow. Submissions that meet service eligibility requirements and are at or above the margin threshold are auto-approved and proposals are sent to both contacts immediately. Submissions that meet service eligibility requirements but fall below the margin threshold are routed to a MedPro manager for review. Both contacts will receive a confirmation email advising that a response will follow within one business day. MedPro reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify submitted pricing. 

8. IF MEDPRO MEETS THE GUARANTEE 

MedPro will provide a written service proposal to both contacts. The applicant is under no obligation to accept. 

9. IF MEDPRO CANNOT OR WILL NOT MEET THE GUARANTEE 
If MedPro determines it cannot or will not beat the applicant’s current provider’s total price on substantially similar services meeting MedPro’s service eligibility requirements, the applicant receives a $50 gift card. The gift card is delivered digitally via a redemption code to the email addresses provided. The redemption code must be claimed within the time period specified in the delivery. Limit one consolation per organization. 

10. SAVINGS CALCULATION
The savings calculation is based on a direct comparison of total monthly or annual cost including all fees. Any fees charged by MedPro are factored into the savings calculation. MedPro does not use strikethrough pricing. Savings may vary based on service volume, location, and specific service requirements. 

11. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS 

  • Applies to medical waste disposal services only. 
  • Subject to availability of MedPro services in the applicant’s location. 
  • MedPro reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time with reasonable notice. 
  • May not be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. 

12. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION 
By submitting the Clear Cost Calculator, the applicant represents that all information provided, including the uploaded invoice or contract and all fee information, is accurate and complete. MedPro reserves the right to void any guarantee claim based on inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information. 

13. FTC COMPLIANCE 
This guarantee is offered in compliance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidelines governing truthful advertising and promotional claims. All conditions are fully disclosed herein. A substantial number of customers who complete the Clear Cost Calculator and meet the service eligibility requirements receive genuine savings. MedPro makes no guarantee beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions. 

14. GOVERNING LAW 
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable federal and state regulations.
